Difficulty
: The puzzle difficulty in Portal: Revolutions picks up where Portal 2 leaves off, but fear not. We're teaching you all of Portal's new mechanics and advanced tricks. We've made sure, through rigorous play testing, that all players can solve the puzzles. Although very few cameras require portals to be shot into the air, no puzzles require advanced complicated movements.

Depending on your experience with Portal 2's mechanics, you can expect between 5 and 7 hours of gameplay.

Set between Portal and Portal 2, Portal: Revolution tells a new story with new characters. You play as a test subject who is awakened by a personality sphere called Stirling and you join his mission to find a powerful device capable of returning Aperture to its former glory.
ENGINE
Portal: Revolution uses a modified version of the Portal 2: Community Edition engine, which is a customized version of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Source Engine branch using licensed source code provided by Valve Software.
