Darkness is an evil entity. Some say it is a manifestation of human fears and nightmares, others say it is a roving mass of cursed souls that hunts us. The origin of the darkness is unknown, but one thing is clear: we can keep it at bay with the power of light and fire.

Prepare for the tidal wave of nightmares. Thanks to the in-house developed “SwarmTech” technology, the game is capable of rendering over 70,000 enemy units on screen at once. Enemy legions are pouring towards the surface from fissures seething in the earth to reinforce “the Veil.”

Light up a rich and complex procedurally generated map to reclaim territories overrun by “the Veil,” a living, dynamic, deadly fog that obscures enemies and drains the life from your troops. The faint of heart will not be able to stand against this horror.

Inspired by the roguelite genre, curses are random afflictions that afflict the player each night of death, and can throw even the best-laid plans into disarray. Conversely, if you survive a night of death, you can choose from three randomly selected blessings and enrich your experience by giving your army a much-needed advantage.

Lead the charge against the night’s horrors with powerful and unique heroes. When these heroes use the special abilities gained by leveling up, they can be the key to turning the tide of a desperate battle. Beware, however, because the Nightmare Elite Champions, who drop valuable resources upon death, are always lurking, posing a constant and extreme threat to your expansion.
